Proposal and price
Every assignment starts with a written proposal with a fixed price and a schedule. Prices on the website are starting prices, excluding VAT. The proposal is valid for thirty days.
Payment
I invoice half of the amount at the start and the rest on delivery. The payment term is fourteen days.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the website is yours, including the code. The domain and accounts (such as hosting, database, email and payments) are in your name from the start.
Hosting and third-party services
Your site runs on third-party services under their own terms. I choose services with a reliable free tier, but cannot guarantee their availability or prices.
Changes and maintenance
Small adjustments within the proposal are part of the assignment, and small changes are free for the first month after launch. After that, changes and maintenance are paid, at a price we agree in advance.
Liability
My liability is limited to the amount of the assignment. I am not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.
