What data and why
When you fill in the intro-call form, I process your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, company name and message. I only use them to contact you and prepare a proposal.
The legal basis is your consent and, if we work together, the performance of the contract.
Where your data is kept
For the website, storing requests and sending email I use carefully chosen service providers. Requests are stored in the EU. Data processing agreements apply with these parties.
How long
If your request doesn’t lead to an assignment, I delete your data within twelve months at the latest. Client data is kept as long as the law requires (seven years for the accounts).
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored only in your own browser.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Send an email to info@opeigennaam.nl. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
